Merry Christmas to all who celebrate, happy holidays to those who don’t.
I always give 100% transparency to you all, so I’ll give it to you straight. Well… as straight as I can do anything, really (hur hur) — I got pretty much nothing done on Mythos this week. Between the frantic holiday shopping (which took far longer than I wanted), taking my dog to the vet (she’s fine, thankfully!), and other responsibilities, I hadn’t the time or energy to do much else. I got one of the two Patreon/SubscribeStar wallpapers done, the commissions for the higher tiers, and poked around at After Effects a bit… but unfortunately, I’ve nothing to really show for what got done on Mythos. I’m sorry! Next week should be back on track for me.
Some good news (well, to me at least): Morgana and I have canceled our plans to attend a convention in early January, due to the worrying increase in COVID cases and my lung issues. I’m not canceling my days off from work, however: I’ll use that to get as much done on the game as I can.
After tomorrow’s final family obligations, I can finally breathe and unclench all the muscles in my body that have been pretty much perpetually tense since December 1st.
Have I mentioned how much I hate the holidays?
