I’m back in the full swing of things this week, y’all! Nobody’s got COVID, my brain is re-medicated, and all the family stuff is behind me. This week was Morgana’s birthday, but the stuff we’re doing for that was last weekend and this weekend so this has been my first “normal” week to get shit done since December.
My priorities were the SubscribeStar/Patreon wallpapers (because it’s almost February, so I wanted to make sure people got calendars before the month started) and then comissions (which I got only one done so far, because I had to learn how to make rain happen). But while the renders were running, there was something else I was able to do… the music!!! So as of now, all the new tracks I have planned for Chapter Three are done, and the existing tracks are being given proper names. Yes, the filenames are still things like “B Theme” and “Happy Daytime”, but those aren’t the titles. Not that the titles really benefit anybody other than me, unless I put out a soundtrack… whatever.
In other news, we have a new logo for Mythos!

So I don’t think I’m gonna go back to the “checklist” format of updates for a while, if at all for this chapter. The way Chapter Three is set up is way too non-linear for me to lay it out like I did for Chapter Two. I’m not gonna stop the weekly updates, though! Even if I don’t have much to say in them, I want y’all to know that I’m doing what I can!
Next week, hopefully, I can put up a Tuesday post; either the perpetually-delayed Aiden Drest interview, or another short narrative. I haven’t decided yet — but we’ll see if I have time!
