It’s December! But more importantly than that, I’m on the cusp of releasing the final beta test to my testing squad, once I figure out how best to implement this awesome graphical idea I had for one of the final scenes of the chapter. It just came to me literally this afternoon in the shower, and I’m really excited to see if I can make it work in the game. I’m like… 90% sure I can.
Also, with the help of the testers, I’ve settle on two achievements being added to the game with the Chapter Five update, so there’s something for y’all to bash your heads against while I get the finale ready for you.
One thing I wanna note that I may not have mentioned before: The sex scene in Chapter Five will be the last one in Book One. Chapter Six is going to be just the endings, none of which have any narrative space for naughtiness. That’s probably not so important to most of you, but I figured I’d spell that out now.
The final thing to address this week are potential issues with the website. We’ve gotten reports of the cookie popup having some conflicts with the age gate page, so the webmaster has put in a temporary fix while we get that sorted out.
